I had a specific look in mind for a hat I was knitting for a friend and the ladies in the shop could not have been more helpful in finding a pink pompon for me in the back. They were so easy going even though the shop was busy, and I could see other shop keepers assisting customers trying to ship items to a tricky location. They are doing a great service, and I would recommend This is Knit to anyone!
