This is a real pleasure to knit with. It's so soft, forgiving of false starts and the colours are everything! How do you get so many shades in to one skein and what brain can say a fleck of yellow or blue is needed? This yarn makes my project, I know I knitted it because I loved every minute, but the yarn and unique colours are what make it a success.

When this knits up you notice all the shades! Much prettier than in the skein or ball. This is, for me, a tight twist yarn, very silky, so I went down a needle size. The silkiness of this can make winding difficult. The skein is tied in one place only and it collapsed in to my lap in a heap. Don't panic if this happens, it's fairly easy to take back control! I've ordered lots more and look forward to casting on. Every knitted row is a pleasure and at the end I've a unique and beautiful project

I used Abbey Lace in colour Agent Macaw for the boarder of my shawl. I held it double because i combined it with the thicker Fade St4ply..
The yarn is very soft and gentle to the skin.
The red rubbed of a little bit on the blue after washing the fabric in cold water but this doesn't disturb me.

This yarn is a boucle style texture ...making it a little hard to use at first. I'm. learning to work slower than normal so as not to drop a stitch. I think it's going to be a treasured shawl....Thanks for the pattern, I think the Scribble Lace Stole will be just what I need for an early Fall event.

I held one strand of this with a fingering weight merino, and the result is beautiful and soft. Even next to skin and around the vest collar, this mohair was silky soft and didn't irritate my neck at all. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Absolutely loving the experience of using ChiaoGoo needles and cables so far. I am knitting my first pair of lace sock (Murmuration Sock by Summer Lee) using magic loop technique. Loving the needles, cable and yarn (Townhouse Yarn in Amethyst).
