Solid, roomy, portable, attractive and practical - the #03 style bag from Hide and Hammer ticks all the boxes!  These bags can comfortably accommodate a full sweater project, but can also be used neatly with smaller WIPs, thanks to the fold-down top and five settings on the adjustable closing strap.

These unique bags are handmade by Nu from Hide and Hammer, and feature:

  • Removable straps for easy washing (you can remove the leather straps and hand wash your canvas bag in cool water to restore it).
  • Water-resistant canvas
  • Internal pockets for patterns, needles & notions (3 needle or pen pockets, one pocket for notions and an a5 pattern pocket)
  • Solid brass fittings.

I received this Georgous project yesterday. A very special gift for me brought from Ireland to New Zealand. It’s absolutely Georgous beautiful solid composition with handy pockets for all of the little bits and bobs. I have used it today with my latest project in. And knitted my way around the little Nz yarn shop I work in. So handy the yarn sits in bag and handle over your wrist so easy to knit while your walking ❤️🥰👏

I love the colour and capacity it offers, the pockets are adequate, I think a stiffened panel in the bottom would give more stability and that overall it was expensive compared to other bags I have seen .
