About Carol: Carol hails from Cork and so is a home-grown knitwear designer who has received international acclaim through her published patterns in Interweave Knits, Knitty, Twist Collective and Yarn Forward magazines. She also self-publishes a number of designs that are available from her blog, StolenStitches.com Carol's lace patterns are designed to be accessible and wearable, the Centrique pattern is also available in an e-book titled "Wearable Lace". About the projects: The two project options for this workshop are the Centrique Shawl, which is suitable for a knitter with a little experience (i.e. if you are familiar with basic increasing and decreasing). The Captiva Wrap is the second project option and it would be suitable for a slightly more experienced knitter.
