Yes, we ship all over the world, using both the Irish postal service and DPD / DHL Courier options.

It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within Ireland should arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks (but most arrive quite quickly)

Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

For most shipments we use the Irish National Postal Service: An Post

If you are based overseas then you can track your order progress initially through An Post, and then via your own national mail carrier once the package is shown as processed at your border.

The same tracking number is used throughout the process.

DPD and DHL courier options are also offered to many destinations.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes, we are happy to wind skeins or hanks of yarn in to cakes for you - please just leave a note in the comments section of your order to request this.

Please note that this request may slightly delay the dispatch of your package.

Please also note that skeins or hanks that have been wound in to cakes are not eligible for return.

Customers resident within the EU will be charged VAT.

If you are not an EU resident and you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery will normally be zero-rated, with no VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the
website.

Yes. We accept One4all vouchers online, in store, and over the phone but please note that due to EU regulations from 10th January 2020 the maximum spend for non-ID linked cards is €50 per
transaction.

If your card is set up on the One4All identification app, then can use your One4All card to pay for your purchases in the same way as any normal credit card. Simply scratch the foil on the back to reveal your CVV code.
