I hope I’m welcome to comment here. I just bumbled in from Vancouver, B.C. What a beautiful sweater. I would give anything to be able to knit something like that! And on the west coast of Canada, believe me, I NEED something like that! :) Could you please send me info about the pattern, where it could be had etc? Thank you very much for any info. you can give me.

Oh I have this but was wondering too what to sub for Tili Tomas silk. I was debating Hipknits silk.

    I love yours :)

Ooops – sorry – should have given the specs:

I think it was 12 balls of Cashmerino Aran in Col 013 (but it could have been 13). Terrible, I know, but I think I “misplaced” some yarn in the course of this project so I’m not 100% sure…

I used 5mm needles for the stocking stitch and went down to 4mm for the lace and purl ridges (apart from the end of the body and end of the sleeves ridges which are worked on 5mms).

it looks so nice! what did you make it out of? i have had the pattern for this sweater for a while, but haven’t yet come across the right yarn to make it from. yours is a beautiful color and it looks so nice and comfy.
