"Same, but different" is a bandana style cowl, knit flat from the top down, similar to a triangular shawl.

This kit makes the most of the slowly shifting colours of "Spiral Grain" yarn, set against the background of solid shades from the "Merry Merino" range. The perfect partnership!

The distinctive patterning in this project is simple to create, using the mosaic knitting technique. The captivating spine stitches are carefully designed to integrate seamlessly from top to bottom and this special cowl also features a split seam at the back and a continuous I-cord bind off, for a beautiful and professional looking finish

Your kit includes:

• A printed copy of the Same But Different pattern by Cheryl Faust
• One ball of Merry Merino 140 and one skein of Spiral Grain Light Worsted in the shades selected.

Also required but not included:

• Crochet Hook: Size to match smaller needle for crochet cast-on. 
  
• US 5 / 3.75 mm – 24” / 60 cm or longer circular needle. 
  
• US 6 / 4.0 mm – 24” / 60 cm or longer circular needle.
