The Weekender by Andrea Mowry is a classic sweater that never fails to catch the eye when people are browsing in the shop - so we have put together a kit for you to make your own. Our shop sample is knit in Studio Donegal Donegal Wool Spinning Company and it is perfect for this textured jumper with faux seams, drop shoulders, and some positive ease.

Kit includes:

  • Yarn required for selected size (see the Size Guide table below)
  • Copy of The Weekender pattern by Andrea Mowry
  • Presented in a This is Knit tote bag

Also required but not included:

  • 4.5mm, 5mm, and 5.5mm 100cm circular needles
  • Stitch markers (3)
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Scissors
  • Stitch Holders

Finished Measurements:

Love this color amd yarn

I am just starting this sweater, so I can't say anything about the pattern itself however, this is my second project by this designer and I find her patterns are very well explained. The yarn color is very pretty and this will be a fabulous sweater for our Maine winters.
