Yarn
Featuring Lanivendole’s favourite Italian fibres—wool, alpaca, and mohair—the Artus Shawl Kit brings both softness and heritage to your knitting. The blend features Brogna Wool, a rare, ancient Italian breed known for its resilience and warmth, now revitalised for modern knitters who value tradition and quality.
Note: This kit is based on a sample made with Lanivendole A Chic Blend, which is a slightly lighter weight than the original yarn specified in the pattern. A smaller needle size was used, resulting in a similar gauge. Please note that Colour 1 in the sample had over 10g left after completion.
Your kit includes:
- A Chic Blend yarn by Lanivendole (7 skeins total) in combination selected.
- A printed copy of the Artus Shawl pattern by Natasja Hornby.
Also required but not included:
- 100cm 3.25mm and 3.5mm needle. (size Lisa used in her sample to allow for the slightly lighter weight yarn)
