Fjolla is a lightweight pullover, designed by Isabell Kraemer, featuring sweet lace details at the neckline and in panels down the sleeves. The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down and the yoke is shaped using a modified version of the contiguous set-in sleeves method.
Note: While this pattern originally calls for two laceweight strands to be held together, for this kit just one strand of Eriu 100% Irish Yarn is needed to create the same gauge.
Featuring a blend of Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) and Romney Lambswool, Ériu offers a natural yarn that beautifully showcases the very best of Irish wool. The fibres are carefully selected by hand to preserve their unique qualities, resulting in a lustrous and resilient yarn that is a pleasure to work with.
