Donegal Sweater Yarn Bundle | Life In The Long Grass - This is Knit

This Sari Nordlund pullover is knitted seamlessly from top-down starting at the neckband using woolen spun Woolly Tweed natural wool.

The neckband is knitted in 1×1 ribbing and folded double in the end.  The sleeves and body are separated at the underarm and knitted separately.

The back is shaped with short-rows to give it a bit more length and to improve the fit.

There’s a bit of lace added to the cuffs and hem using a skein of gently variegated Aran Merino yarn.

Your kit includes:

  • Yarn required to make the size selected

Also required but not included:

  • Copy of Life In The Long Grass Magazine - Issue 7 - Into The Hills Cabin Living - which contains the pattern

Please note kits are exclusively available online.

This is a great kit. The pattern is very well written and the yarn is lovely. I knitted one size up from my measurements and am really pleased with the fit, a bit of ease but not too floppy. I soaked the jumper before blocking and it softened the yarn. Very pleased with the result.
