- Provide friendly, solution-focused support for our customers.

- Maintain organised records of inventory and production schedules.
Business Development:
- Research and contact potential new stockists for Townhouse Yarns.
- Set up Zoom and in-person sales meetings for the management team.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with current stockists by providing timely responses and support.
Who You Are:
- You’re a great communicator, both in writing and in person, and can confidently handle customer interactions.
- You’re organised, efficient, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
- You’re comfortable using technology and various systems to manage orders, inventory, and communications.
- You have a knack for business development or a strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but most importantly, you’re enthusiastic, a quick learner, and happy to take on a range of tasks.
- Flexible hours for the right candidate.
Why Join Us?:
- Be part of a small, passionate team that values creativity and collaboration.
- Enjoy a varied role where your contributions directly impact the growth of two dynamic brands.
- Opportunities to learn and develop within the company as we expand.
- Team Member discounts on This is Knit and Townhouse Yarns products.
