We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Customer Service Administrator, with the opportunity for the right candidate to work primarily from home.

The role will involve drafting content for social media and mailing list campaigns, alongside fielding incoming online customer service queries for brands managed by This is Knit (i.e. This is Knit, Woollinn and Townhouse Yarns).

Some online database management and data entry would also be involved.

While the role would suit someone who wishes to work primarily from home, it will occasionally be necessary to attend the shop Dublin for training and some on-site events.

 Applicants should:

  1. Ideally have previous customer service experience;
  2. Be comfortable with the use of social media platforms, YouTube and Gmail;
  3. Have a love of yarn and an enthusiasm for connecting with knitters and crocheters of all levels;
  4. Be detail-orientated and flexible.

Experience in the field of e-commerce would also be an advantage.

This is currently a part time position, with the potential for growth of the role in line with the expansion of the This is Knit brands.

Working hours are flexible but some weekend and evening work will be required in support of occasional online and in-store events.
