The best advice we can share for heel shaping is: "trust the process". It might look a little strange, it might feel a little strange... but it will all come good in the end! We've broken this lesson into two parts as there's a lot to take in if you haven't worked short rows before. Take your time with it and be sure to take a break and a stretch whenever you need one.
