BC Garn Alva – Recycled Cashmere Yarn

Buttery soft, beautifully light and made with recycled fibres, BC Garn Alva brings a touch of luxury to your knitting. Composed of 95% recycled cashmere and 5% wool, this fine yarn has the wonderfully soft feel you’d expect from cashmere, with a little wool added to provide stability. Alva’s beautiful colours are created by carefully sorting reclaimed textile fibres by colour before they are shredded and spun into new yarn. No additional dyeing is needed, allowing the existing colours of the fibres to create the finished shades. As a result, slight colour variations between individual batches are to be expected.
