Stitch Holder Cords | The Knitting Barber

Not for me I’m afraid. It’s back to scrap yarn. On the positive side Aisling and Maureen from the shop offered the same as usual exemplary customer service. Such a great shop- I come back time and time again for their kits and courses. 5 star.

These cords proving more use than I originally expected. Very strong- don’t budge. Very handy for try on as you go.
As a novice knitter I think a version of this cord with a inbuilt needle would be very handy for using as a lifeline

These little cords are so handy for being able to try on clothing as you knit. Also can act as stitch holders for arms, making it easy to put stitches back on the needles.

I love these so much I have now bought three. Absolutely indispensable! Not sure how I survived without them for so long. I don't use them on small needle projects (3.0mm and under) because it's too difficult to transfer the stitches but anything over 3.25/3.5mm and up seems to work just fine.

Super handy! How have I managed so long without these? Makes trying on, swapping needles etc so much easier. I've been using the smaller ones as stitch holders for sleeves so picking up the stitches is a matter of sliding the needle in. Love them!
