Love these needles as a beginner! I got them with the big Marino yarn in a lovely dust pink. Very easy to use if you are new to knitting.

This is my go-to yarn for children's jumpers - it doesn't pill, it's smooth to the touch, the colours are outstanding and long-lasting, and it washes great in the machine (wool setting). It's great value and I highly recommend it!

I spent a good half hour agonising over colours whilst in the shop, I had so much trouble because there are too many gorgeous colours to choose from! Finally went with the dark green, I've no jumpers in that colour. Cast on an Aran cardi called Curdach by Carol Feller. Knitting with this is an absolute DREAM! 100% will buy again.

Screws into needle tips fairly easily, can be a tiny bit fiddly sometimes. As usual, am very happy with my purchase.

Ordered 3, 3.25, 3.5 and 3.75mm tips, all nice and smooth and comfy to use. Now if only I was better at knitting socks!

This wool is soft and durable and really easy to work with. I use a 5mm crochet hook to make scarves and it works us really nicely. Lovely variety of shades available. Would highly recommend

I gave up on DK yarns once I reached 60 as 4ply was warm enough and easier to handle. BUT you must try this one! Soft in your hand as you knit, I did a mosaic knitted wrap, every inch was fun and the stitch in the different colours looked perfect even with my tension. Of course the colours are what we come back for every month, all so beautiful I want colours I've never worn before!! I wish I could knit faster!

This is a lovely book, with lots of patterns and photos that are inspiring. Lots of useful tips too, can't wait to start my first KD project! Also references where Norah Gaughan twisted stitches are included in patterns, useful insight to think about if you want to make other patterns with your own twist!

Love this yarn, though lighter I was slightly disappointed that the colours are lighter than in the pictures this is something I have learned to expect with hand dyed yarn. Despite this the yarn quality is superb and I would definitely buy again
